【配送ポリシー / Shipping Policy】

■ 配送方法と配送料（Shipping Method & Fees）
日本郵便（EMS：国際スピード郵便）または国際クーリエ便（DHL / FedEx等）を利用し、日本から世界各地へ安全にお届けいたします。
・配送料：世界一律 3,000円（JPY 3,000 / Flat Rate Worldwide）

We ship worldwide from Japan using EMS (Japan Post), DHL, or FedEx to ensure safe and trackable delivery.
・Shipping Fee: JPY 3,000 Flat Rate Worldwide

■ お届けまでの日数（Delivery Lead Time）
ご注文をいただいてから商品の取り寄せ・精密な検品・再梱包を行うため、発送までにお時間をいただいております。
・発送の目安：ご注文確定後、14〜21営業日（約2〜3週間）以内に発送いたします。
※発送完了後、追跡番号（Tracking Number）を記載したメールをお送りいたします。

Since we meticulously procure, inspect, and repack each item after your order is confirmed, please allow some time for handling.
・Handling & Delivery Time: Orders are generally shipped within 14 to 21 business days (approx. 2–3 weeks) after confirmation.
※Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.

■ 配送遅延と紛失について（Delays & Lost Packages）
各国の税関検査や天候、現地の物流状況により、お届けが予定より遅れる場合がございます。万が一、配送中に紛失等のトラブルが発生した場合は、配送業者と連携して迅速に調査を行います。

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or local postal services in the destination country. In the unlikely event of a lost package, we will work closely with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
